Mary Charles Howard was the guest speaker at the Exchange Club on August 1. Howard, the founder of the project, discussed the Georgia Hi-Lo Bike Trail Project. According to Howard, the vision for the trail is to connect two trail projects - the Firefly Trail and the Hi-Lo Trail Projects - to form a 250 mile paved separated path through small towns from Athens to Savannah.
