Haynes speaks at Kiwanis convention

The keynote speaker at the Kentucky-Tennessee Kiwanis Mid-Year Convention was

Tommy Z. Haynes. Haynes was the Track and Field Captain at the 1976 Olympics.

Leading the speaker in was Dwight Watt, Governor of the Kentucky-Tennessee Kiwanis organization. Watt is dressed commemorating his 1996 participation in the Olympic torch relay.
