Each year on July 4th, the United States celebrates Independence Day. On this day, Americans gather to mark the signing of the document that declared this country to be free of foreign rule. It is a time to enjoy the fellowship of family and friends along with good food and brilliant fireworks, but also a time of gratitude and respect for the great sacrifice of generations before us who struggled and persevered for the cause of freedom. This federal holiday ,The Fourth of July, commemorates the beginning of a movement started long ago but continuing today and everyday. In a time when other countries of the world are still struggling for freedom, let us remember and honor and count our blessings to live in "the land of the free and the home of the brave". God Bless America.
