Franklin Memorial Library announces the winners of the Red Ribbon Week/Drug Awareness poster contest.
Winners chosen from each school level include: primary school student, Dustin Collins; elementary school student, Melonie Ward; and middle school student, Amerisce Lowery. Each winner received a $25 Walmart gift card.
This contest was sponsored by Hearts for Families-Safe Homes (Step-up project); who’s imitative is to bring awareness to the problem of underage drinking.
