On November 8th, students were entertained by a Thanksgiving puppet show and story time provided by the Franklin Memorial Library and the Swainsboro Kiwanis Club. Pre-K to 2nd graders watched as the humorous stories were shared. The puppet show was "How the Scarecrow Saved the Turkey" and the story was "Twas the Night Before Thanksgiving". Both stories had an unusually happy ending for the turkeys.
