Five sentenced in Emanuel County Superior Court

The following occurred during the Emanuel County Superior Court October 2021 term:

Warren Clifton Williams AKA Clifton W. Williams negotiated a plea of guilty for one count burglary first degree. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 20 years probation. The court sentences the defendant as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7(c).

William Nasworthy negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) for one count failure to register as a sex offender. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 30 years with the first three to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence. The court sentences the defendant as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7(c).

Dakota Edward Farrow negotiated a plea of guilty on one count possession of meth. Farrow was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 8 years probation provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.

In an additional case, Dakota Edward Farrow negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) for two counts aggravated assault, one count criminal damage to property second degree and one count simple battery (FV). For this, Farrow was fined $50 and sentenced to 20 years probation provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.

Brian Paul Ashley negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) for one count child molestation and one count enticing a child for indecent purposes. Additional charges including one count aggravated sexual battery and three counts child molestation were deemed Nol Pros. He was fined $50 and sentenced to 30 years with the first 10 years to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence.

Walter L. Dickerson negotiated a plea of guilty (Alford) for one count possession of meth with intent. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 30 years with the first 3 years to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation provided that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the court as part of this sentence. The court sentences the defendant as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7(c).
