Emanuel Retired Educators Association are planning a really big year for 2021-2022. This is the 50th anniversary of the local organization and plans are underway for a year-long celebration culminating in a banquet luncheon on May 18, 2022 at East Georgia State College.
The year will begin in-person on September 15. Making plans are officers: Dr. John Derden, Secretary; Carolyn Derden, Legislative and Necrology Chairman; Bobbie Daughtry, President; Elease Turner, Past President; and Jean Schwabe, President-Elect.Officers not pictured: Lena Nwadudu, Treasurer; Lynn Torrance, Membership Chairman; and Donald Jenkins, Constitution and By-laws Chairman.
