The Emanuel County Health Dept. has Moderna Vaccine for ages 18 years and older for those meeting the following criteria.
Current Eligibility for COVID-19 Vaccine:
Adults aged 55 and over
Individuals with disabilities
Judicial and Court Staff
Educators and Staff
18 years of age and older with any of the conditions below
Conditions include:
Asthma
Cancer
Cerebrovascular Disease
Chronic Kidney Disease
COPD
Cystic Fibrosis
Diabetes
Hypertension
Heart Conditions
Immunocompromised State
Liver Disease
Neurologic Conditions
Overweight and Obesity
Pregnancy
Pulmonary Fibrosis
Sickle Cell Disease
Thalassemia
