The Emanuel County Health Department has Moderna Vaccine for ages 18 years and older for those meeting the following criteria.

- Individuals with disabilities
- 18 years of age and older with any of the conditions below

- Cancer
- Cerebrovascular Disease
- Chronic Kidney Disease
- COPD
- Cystic Fibrosis
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Heart Conditions
- Immunocompromised State
- Liver Disease
- Neurologic Conditions
- Overweight and Obesity
- Pregnancy
- Pulmonary Fibrosis
- Sickle Cell Disease
- Thalassemia
