Emanuel County Grand Jury returns 11 true bills

The July 2021 term of Emanuel County Grand Jury reconvened Tuesday, September 7, and considered 11 bills of indictment presented by the District Attorney’s Office. The grand jurors returned true bills for all cases as follows:

Jacob Joel Iacoviello – one count terroristic threats.

Jacob Joel Iacoviello – one count interference with government property.

Jacob Joel Iacoviello – one count unauthorized possession of weapon by inmate.

Jacob Joel Iacoviello – two counts terroristic threats

Jerry Armstrong III – one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one count too fast for conditions, three counts stop sign violation and one count failure to maintain lane.

Michael Shane Allen – one count aggravated assault and two counts terroristic threats.

Michael Shane Allen – one count interference with government property.

J’Quan D’Unquavious Sanders – one count rape, one count aggravated child molestation, one count aggravated sodomy and one count child molestation.

Tyler Scott Hult – one count aggravated assault and one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Tyler Scott Hult – one count aggravated assault, one count false imprisonment, two counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts terroristic threats, one count criminal damage to property in the second degree, four counts cruelty to a child in the third degree, one count battery (family violence) and one count criminal trespass (family violence).

Larry Burton Bailey III – one count home invasion, one count aggravated assault, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, one count burglary in the first degree and one count criminal damage to property in the second degree.

With no further business, the grand jury recessed, subject to recall.
