Tractor Supply served as the host spot for Emanuel County 4-H’s Paper Clover fundraising event

this past Saturday, April 30. A biannual 4-H campaign, the Paper Clover fundraiser is held twice per

year, once in spring and again in fall and promotes the sale of paper clovers and/or donations made

in support of the club.  The Spring 2022 fundraiser kicked off April 27 and ends May 8. On Saturday, local 4-H’ers promoted the fundraiser from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Swainsboro’s Tractor Supply by hosting a bake sale event with face painting and carnival games for the kids included! Youth 4-H club members also helped Tractor Supply customers bag and load items in their vehicles. The event also featured a Mother’s Day drawing for a Black Stone grill, donated by Tractor Supply, that is still on-going until May 8. Individuals that have purchased paper clovers, made donations, or plan to purchase or donate are eligible for entry in the Mother’s Day drawing. Contact Emanuel County 4-H or any 4-H member to purchase your paper clover by May 8 to be entered in the drawing.

As of Monday, May 2, Emanuel County 4-H’s Spring Paper Clover event has raised $736

for the Spring 2022 campaign. These funds will be used by the local office to support different activities of 4-H’ers in our community throughout the year.
