ECSO, SPD Joint Operations end with multiple arrests

An investigation that began at a Durdenville residence on Sunday morning, October 3, concluded just a few days later on Thursday, October 7, following the arrest of Christopher Steven Hickman, 35, of Swainsboro and Justin Neil Hutchinson, 38, of Twin City.

An on-site search warrant was executed by Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office and Swainsboro Police Department on October 3, which led to the arrest of Danny Geral Hickman, 60, of Swainsboro, Tonya Lynn Ryan, 42, of Wrightsville and Angela Nicole Henderson, 45, of Kite. They were charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects. During the search, deputies also recovered a stolen four-wheeler. Additional warrants were issued for Hutchinson and Hickman, who were not present at the time the original search warrant was executed. Hutchison immediately turned himself in upon the arrival of law enforcement on Thursday, October 7. Hickman eventually surrendered himself after Hutchison did. Hutchinson is charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine and Hickman is charged with Possession of Stolen Property – the recovered four-wheeler.

Just two days later, Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a residence on Falcon Trail in reference to reported illegal drug activity. Following the observations of deputies, a search warrant was obtained and deputies, along with Swainsboro Police Department officer and K9 Unit, served the search warrant that produced a large quantity of methamphetamine and a smaller quantity of marijuana. Anthony Stephens Rich, 50, and Nazarene Darr Harmon, 34, both of Swainsboro, were arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
