December 1
Complainant called and advised that her son had taken her late husband’s keys from the hospital, and she wanted them returned.
Deputies responded to Gar Rd. in reference to a domestic. Upon arrival, one individual advised he had a weapon. After speaking with the individual through the door, he finally came out and was unarmed.
Complainant stated she feels like she is being followed by someone who either lives near them or is stalking them. She stated when she goes to work a truck follows her, and someone is flying drones over her property.
Deputy met with complainant in reference to a prior theft incident that occurred on Ed Youmans Rd. Complainant stated offender entered the property without permission and took a PS3 game console, along with 34 games. Complainant also stated he gave offender $13,000 for the house and land, then offender backed out of the deal but refused to refund the money.
December 2
Complainant stated that late at night starting around 2100 hours people are going onto his property on Cypress Ave. and taking items. A gold cart tire and metal fence posts have been taken so far.
Victim stated she believes her grandson went into her house and took her pain meds and $2500. She stated he is the only person that knew where she kept those items. She also stated her grandson has stolen from her before.
December 3
Victim stated he noticed his tag on his trailer was missing.
Deputy made contact with complainant who stated she is afraid of her husband.
Deputy spoke with complainant that stated for 3 weeks her grandson and another little boy at school have been fussing. She went to the school and spoke with the principal who advised her to make a report. Complainant also stated she heard her grandson arguing and cussing at someone on the phone and thought it was the little boy but it was the little boy’s mom and her boyfriend, and she overheard the male tell the little boy “tell me what your address is so I can come over there and kill you”.
Two vehicles were in the parking lot at SMS in the pickup line and one struck the other.
Deputies were approached at the ECSO by a DFCS workers in reference t needing assistance with the removal of a juvenile from their parent’s residence.
December 4
Deputy spoke with complainant in reference to harassing communication. Offender has been asked numerous times to stop contacting complainant but refuses to do so.
Deputy was at a Harrington St. location in reference to a writ of possession after the landlord walked thru the residence and stated offender had damaged the entire carpet inside the camper and also stole a mattress.
Deputy received a call who knew a subject had probation warrants and advised other deputies to meet for an arrest to be made. Upon arrival, the subject ran out of the store across S. Main heading towards the woods, but was detained. While in route to the jail, subject stated he that if he didn’t go to a mental facility, he would harm himself. When they arrived at the jail, subject became aggressive and loud.
December 5
Deputies were dispatched to Davis Rd. in reference to neighbors playing loud music.
December 6
Deputies responded to Hwy 57 W. for the purpose of assisting GSP on a traffic stop. Upon arrival, deputies made contact investigation revealed offender was in possession of several unidentified pills.
Deputy met with complainant on Hwy 121 in reference to a damaged vehicle that had been parked and unoccupied on private property.
