According to the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office…

November 15

Deputies were dispatched to a George L. Smith State Park Rd. residence in reference to a female wanting to report her dog being killed.

November 17

Deputy responded to Wheeler Way in reference to a gooseneck trailer being stolen.

Complainant stated her card information had been compromised and her was app had been hacked by a known subject. She also stated offender is using her name to borrow money from people on Facebook.

Deputy made contact with offender for an outstanding warrant.

November 18

Offender stated his spare tire came lose from the holding rack while traveling on I16 and hit complainants vehicle causing moderate damage.

Complainant state she has a TPO out against offender and he sowed up at her residence on Christopher Dr. uninvited and pulled her daughter down by her hair and drug her across the yard. Complainant also stated offender busted the windshield of victims car and tried to take the keys.

November 19

Deputy met with complainant and victim and they stated they have been receiving threatening texts and phone cals from offender.

Victim was contacted by an investigator saying a gun had been recovered that was in his name. Victim suspects his brother-in-law may have taken he gun..

Victim stated he had a generator stolen from a Lindsay Rd. address.
