East Georgia State College to host Adult Learner Information sessions

Posted

East Georgia State College (EGSC) is hosting information sessions in Statesboro and Swainsboro for adult learners to gather information about returning to college. Adult and non-traditional students are those who have less than 30 transferable semester/45 quarter college credit hours (or no college credit) and have been out of high school for at least five years or your high school class graduated at least five years ago.

The first session will be held at the EGSC-Statesboro location on Thursday, October 27. The meeting will be in the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The second session will be in the Luck Flanders Gambrell Building on EGSC’s Swainsboro campus. The session will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The sessions are open to the public. People in attendance can learn about what EGSC has to offer, get help with financial aid, get help filling out their application, and ask questions.
