DEA Varsity Eagles Advance in State Playoffs


David Emanuel Academy Varsity Eagles hosted Victory Baptist Academy of Loganville Friday, November 12, for quarter final playoffs. The blue out game kicked off at 7:30 p.m. and ended with an Eagle victory of 36-14.

Jesse Moore scored first points for the Eagle team with a 46-yard run. Moore ran the ball for another 6 yards later in the game for another touchdown for the Stillmore team. A 2-point play from Clayton Hood to Randon Williams brought the scoreboard to 14-0.

Racyn Faircloth scored the next eagle touchdown with a 65-yard run. A 2-point play pass from Riley Griner to Brayden Smith added the extra two points for a 22 - 8 score. Faircloth ran the ball again for the next eagle touchdown with a 35-yard run for 20-8 score. Timothy Braddock completed a 2-yard run for the Stillmore team and Smith ran the ball for a completed final 2-point play. The Loganville team scored one final touchdown throughout the game. The DEA Eagles will now advance in the playoffs and will compete against (ENTER THIS WEEKENDS INFORMATION)

Game Highlight: Clayton Hood completed an interception.
