David Emanuel Academy’s junior varsity boys’ basketball team played against Crisp Academy in their first game of the calendar year on Thursday, January 5, immediately following the junior varsity girl’s game. Layton Terwilliger started things off with a 4-point play followed by Tucker Free who scored the eagles 6 more points. Ethan Fields added an astonishing 13 points to the board, gaining leverage and putting the Eagles in the led for the win. Paxton Dixon followed up with a 4-point play and Mason Williams ended the game with an 8-point score, earning DEA the winning score of 35 over CA’s 27.
