David Emanuel Eagles oppose Crisp Academy Wildcats

On Tuesday, January 24th, the David Emanuel Academy Eagles competed against the Crisp Academy Wildcats in Stillmore. The JV Girls basketball team played and won the first game of the night with a final inscore of 26-18. Emily McRae led the team with 8 points, Kaley Flowers scored 4 points, Scout Hall and Lyla Martin each contributed with 3 points, and Raleigh Faircloth, Aubrey Scott, Bailey McNure, and Payton Peebles all had 2 points apiece. The JV boys played next but fell short to the Wildcats with a score of 32-27. Ethan Fields led the team with 11 points, Tucker Free had 6 points, Layton Terwilliger scored 5 points, Paxton Dixon contributed with 3 points, and Mason Williams added 2 points. Immediately following the JV boys, the Varsity Lady Eagles squared off against the Lady Wildcats. In this game, Kyli Bell led the team with 6 points, Aubrey Williams and Emma Proctor scored 5 points apiece, Maddie Perkins had 3 points, and Addalyn Terwilliger and Chirsten McCoy each added 2 points. Unfortunately, the Lady Eagles lost 53-23. In the final game of the night, the Varsity Eagles basketball team played Crisp and won 71-21. Jesse Moore led the team with 14 points, Racyn Faircloth scored 11 points, Randon Williams had 9 points, Tony Sutton scored 8 points, Peyton Lee contributed with 7 points, Jay Carter and Billy Martin had 5 points apiece, Brody Fleming scored 4 points, Nolan Powell and Revan Fortner each added 3 points, and Landon Lindsey scored 2 points.
