Cynthia Ann (Henry) Leasure, 71, resident of Owensboro, Kentucky, and former resident of Swainsboro, died Friday, July 23, 2021 in Owensboro, Kentucky. The Family will receive friends Friday, July 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tomlinson Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 31, at 11 a.m. in the Swainsboro City Cemetery with Pastor Eric Stevens officiating.
Cynthia was born in Swainsboro to the late Barney Tobe Henry and Christine Brinson Henry. She received her B.S. degree in Social Work and her Master’s degree in Counseling. Cynthia worked for the Georgia State Defense Force, and retired as a Special Education Teacher. Ms. Leasure is preceded in death by her parents; and son, Matthew Leasure.
Survivors include her husband, Keven Leasure of Owensboro, KY; son, Kyle (Sesly) Leasure of Radcliff, KY; brother, Tobe Henry; and many nieces and nephews.
