According to the county commissioners’ Monday Covid-19 update released August 23, the total active cases of COVID-19 in Emanuel County has decreased from 269 to 257 since August 19, the most recent Covid-19 update made to Emanuel County last week.

This week’s active count of 257 indicates a decrease of 12 active cases, an increase of 158 confirmed cases, an increase of 169 recoveries and an increased death of 1 since the August 19 report.
