According to the county commissioners’ Monday Covid-19 update released August 9, the total active cases of COVID-19 in Emanuel County has decreased from 98 to 97 since August 2.

This week’s active count of 97 indicates a decrease of 1 active cases, an increase of 87 confirmed cases, an increase of 88 recoveries and a stagnant death rate since the August 2 report.
