Christmas Crafts at Franklin Memorial Library

Posted

Locals participating in Franklin Memorial Library’s regular community outreach events have been crafting away this holiday season.

Instructed by Terkeitha Moye, an adult class was held last week that featured the painting of a Christmas stocking on canvases. For teen crafts, Rebekah Black brought light into the Smith Room with snowy mason jars. Participating teens enjoyed covering jars in glue and rolling each jar in snow and glitter to create their own small candle-lit creation. Jessica Appleby entertained the younger generation with child crafts by painting soft ornaments for Christmas.
