The Swainsboro Rotary Club resumed its meetings Monday, August 3, 2020 at The Rustic Grill.

President Guy Singletary called the meeting to order, then Ken Warnock gave the invocation and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Al Lawson introduced the two visitors to the meeting, Billy Hickman and Blaine Salter.

Hickman is a CPA from the Statesboro area running for State Senate District 4, a seat left vacant as a result of the late Senator Jack Hill’s sudden death.

Salter is assisting Hickman in his campaign.

Prior to the end of the meeting on Monday, the Rotarians discussed where and how often the club would meet moving forward. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 10, at The Rustic Grill.
