Brantley sentenced by grand jury on two counts forgery

Last week, the Emanuel County grand jury convicted Billy Jack Brantley on two counts forgery in the first degree. The case was tried by Assistant District Attorney Aaron Palmer on behalf of the State of Georgia. The honorable Chief Judge Robert Reeves presided over the case and sentenced Brantley to 15-years probation, subject to 170-180 days at the probation detention center.
