More than 15 couples enjoyed this year’s Mother-Son Dance hosted by Swainsboro-Emanuel County Parks and Recreation Department and Growing Communication Inc. on Friday evening, May 21. The annual event, held at Vann Community House, was for boys ages three and older and their mother or adult escort. The boys enjoyed an evening of fun and dancing to a variety of music provided by disc jockey Joey Crapps. Delicious refreshments furnished by Jill Scarboro were served throughout the evening.
