The following occurred during the Emanuel County Superior Court October 2021 term:
Michael Shane Allen was found guilty by jury on one count aggravated assault and two counts terroristic threats. He was sentenced to 30 years with the first 20 to be served in confinement and the remainder on probation. The court sentences the defendant as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7(c).
