Cathi Frederiksen was elected as the 2023 Chair for the 12th Congressional District at the Democratic State elections and Committee meeting in Atlanta. Cathi is a longtime board member of the Emanuel County Democratic Committee and will continue to help their party at the district level. Quantavius Foster, ECDC Chair, congratulates Cathi, "we are so proud of you and know we have a lot of work to do".
