Applications for the 2021 Toys for Tots and Swainsboro Jaycee’s Empty Stocking Fund are currently available and will be accepted at the following locations until Monday, December 13:
•Department of Family Services (Drop box in front of building) – Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
•Swainsboro Fire Department Headquarters – Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
•Swainsboro Wal-Mart Toy Drive – Saturday, December 11, 8 a.m. until 12 p.m.
Applicants will need to submit the following copies of documentation with applications:
•Valid ID
•Proof of residence
•Birth certificates of children
Due to high numbers of applications, not all applicants will be chosen and will be selected based on information provided in the application. Chosen applicants will be notified via phone on the week of pick up. Pick up will be held from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 18, at the Swainsboro Jaycees Fairground.
