PruittHealth Swainsboro, together with PruittHealth Hospice, hosted a memorial service on Thursday, November 12. 2020 has been a year of challenges and loss for our community. Jessica Hutcheson, community relations with PruittHealth Hospice, stated that the facility wanted to celebrate the lives lost during this pandemic. The staff of PruittHealth Swainsboro were able to discuss their favorite memories of the residents. The resident’s families shared appreciation for the staff of PruittHealth Swainsboro.

Everyone participated in a candle lit ceremony along with a balloon release. A special thanks to Reverend Franklin Sasser, PruittHealth Hospice chaplain, for delivering an uplifting message, and to Billy Chapman, Chapmans Funeral Home, for providing equipment and music.
