THOMASVILLE—Graveside services for Alice Imogene Mason of Thomasville are at 3 p.m. today, Wednesday, March 23, 2005, at Laurel Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Bob Dixon, the Rev. Waymon Cleveland and the Rev. Leigh Ann Raynor will officiate. The family will receive friends at their residence. She died March 21, 2005 at Archbold Hospital.

Deputies recover stolen vehicle, seize drugs

According to Emanuel County Sheriff J. Tyson Stephens, on Wednesday, March 16 at around 7:15 p.m., Emanuel County Sheriff’s Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a white van on West Moring Street in Swainsboro for a traffic infraction. The driver was unable to produce a license and the tag came back as a stolen vehicle from Bibb County. The driver was arrested.
