April 21

Officer was dispatched to an address on New Street in reference to an armed robbery with a gun.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Lee Street in reference to robbery and simple battery.

April 22

Officers were dispatched by Emanuel County 911 to an address on Gumlog Road in reference to a miscellaneous report.

Complainant reported financial transaction card fraud.

Officer responded to an address on Old Nunez Road in reference to a damaged vehicle.

Officer responded to an address on South Main Street in reference to a dispute.

Officer responded to an address on Jerome Street to follow up on an incident that had previously occurred at another location.

Officers responded to the area of New Street and assisted with a vehicle repossession.

April 23

Officer was dispatched to an address on South Main Street in reference to a two-vehicle accident.

April 24

Complainant reported abuse/neglect of elderly/disabled person.

Officer responded to an address on South Main Street in reference to an entering auto with intent to commit a theft.

April 25

Officer responded to an address on Grady Street in reference to a nuisance dog.

Officer responded to an address on McMillian Drive in reference to criminal trespassing on private property.

Complainant reported theft of lost/mislaid property.

Officer attempted to make contact with a male driver operating an ATV on the roadway. The offending driver fled from the scene and was not apprehended.

Officer attempted to make a traffic stop, which led to the offending party fleeing from the officer and eventually the driver and passenger entering a wooded area, where contact was lost. The involved vehicle was towed, and contact was made with the vehicle owner, who advised of being at work and not knowing who had possession of her car during the offense.

April 26

Officer made a traffic stop in reference to an offending driver operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. The driver was also in offense for driving in violation of license restriction.

Officer made a traffic stop in reference to a speeding driver. During the stop, the driver was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and open container.

Officers were dispatched to an address on South Racetrack Street in reference to loud music.
