Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from CHRISTOPHER WAY AND TIFFANY CHALKER, to ROBERT K. BELL, JR. Said tract of land is known as 211 Nora Blvd., Adrian, Georgia and further known as Map/Parcel AD1 034 in the Tax Assessor’s Office of Emanuel County, Georgia.

The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due and payable in full by reason of default under the provisions of said Deed to Secure Debt and the terms of the Note secured thereby, and sale will be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness and interest thereon, attorney’s fees and expenses of sale, and the balance, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.

To the best knowledge and belief of the Lender, said property will be sold as the property of CHRISTOPHER WAY AND TIFFANY CHALKER, and is being sold subject to any and all liens superior to this lien, outstanding ad valorem taxes, and easements, restrictions against the property, if any. On October 13, 2019, Ambrusio Andrew Taylor was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of a Controlled Subtance in violation of O.C.G.A. §16-13-30.  The above-referenced property was seized from the location of 221 1ST S Avenue, Twin City, Georgia.  Each of the seized vehicles were used to transport large amounts of methamphetamine.  One half ounce of methamphetamine was found located in the 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe.  The Chevrolet Silverado was observed delivering two ounces of methamphetamine.  The United States Currency was found on the person of the defendant, and is proceeds from the sale of methamphetamine.   You are further notified that you may file a claim within (30) days of receipt of this notice of seizure which must be served on the state attorney by certified mail or statutory overnight delivery, return receipt requested, and that such claim shall be signed by the owner or interest holder and shall provide:

(A) The name of the claimant;

(B) The address at which the claimant resides;

(C) A description of the claimant’s interest in the property;

(D) A description of the circumstances of the claimant’s obtaining an interest in the property and, to the best of the claimant’s knowledge, the date the claimant obtained the interest and the name of the person or entity that transferred the interest to the claimant;
