On October 13, 2019, Ambrusio Andrew Taylor was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of a Controlled Subtance in violation of O.C.G.A. §16-13-30.  The above-referenced property was seized from the location of 221 1ST S Avenue, Twin City, Georgia.  Each of the seized vehicles were used to transport large amounts of methamphetamine.  One half ounce of methamphetamine was found located in the 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe.  The Chevrolet Silverado was observed delivering two ounces of methamphetamine.  The United States Currency was found on the person of the defendant, and is proceeds from the sale of methamphetamine.   You are further notified that you may file a claim within (30) days of receipt of this notice of seizure which must be served on the state attorney by certified mail or statutory overnight delivery, return receipt requested, and that such claim shall be signed by the owner or interest holder and shall provide:

(A) The name of the claimant;

(B) The address at which the claimant resides;

(C) A description of the claimant’s interest in the property;

All contractors and subcontractors must be GDOT prequalified and comply with all current GDOT requirements including but not limited to Standard Specification Section 102 regardless of letting responsibility. Prequalification packages can be found on the GDOT’s website.

TO: CLAUDIA MORALEZ and PORFORIO SUAREZ

You are hereby notified that MARY SELINA AYALA-GARCIA has filed a Petition seeking to be appointed temporary guardian of the above-named Minor. All objections to the Petition to the appointment of a temporary guardian or the appointment of the Petitioner as temporary guardian, must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and be filed with this Court no later than fourteen (14) days after this notice is mailed, or ten (10)days after this notice os personally served upon you, or ten (10) days after the second publication of this notice if you are served by publication. All objections should be sworn to before a notary public or Georgia probate court clerk and filing fees must be tendered with your objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party. Contact Probate Court personal for the required amount os filling fees.

NOTE: If an natural guardian files a timely objection to the creation of the temporary guardianship, the Petition will be dismissed. If a natural guardian files an objection to the appointment of the Petitioner as guardian, or if a parent who is not a natural guardian files an objection to the Petition, a hearing on the matter shall be scheduled  at a later date. If no objection is filed, the Petition may be granted without a hearing.
