Henry Madison “Bud” Moxley, 80

ADRIAN—Funeral for Henry Madison “Bud” Moxley was held Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Meeks and Rev. Charles Parrish officiating. Burial was in Moxley Cemetery. He died Monday, Feb. 7, 2005 at his residence.

Mr. Moxley was a native of Emanuel County and was a farmer.

Results indicate Lynch impaired

According to a press release by Detective Bill Buttersworth of Thunderbolt Police Department, the toxicology results from the body of Cindy Lynch indicated she was impaired when she fell into the water. Results of the test showed that Lynch’s blood alcohol level was .30, over three times the legal limit.

    SOPERTON—Graveside service for Landry Peyton Steptoe of Soperton was held Monday, Feb. 14, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Westview Cemetery in Soperton with Rev. Lamar Kersey and Rev. June Scott officiating. He died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005 at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin.

    He was the infant son of Tracy and Amy Robertson Steptoe of Soperton and was the grandson of the late Donald Robertson.
