LOUISVILLE—Funeral for Myra McDaniel Purvis Cobb, 93, was held Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2004 at 2 p.m. at The Old Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Thigpen officiating. Burial was in Parker United Methodist Cemetery. She died Monday, Dec. 20, 2004 at Jefferson County Hospital.

STILLMORE—Memorial service for Margaret Fields, 82, will be held Friday, Dec. 31, 2004 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Rev. Louis Pearce officiating. She died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004 in Swainsboro.

Mrs. Fields was born in Stillmore and had retired from Creston Industries. She was of the Primitive Baptist faith.
