Maurell McMillan celebrates birthday

Maurell Larrion McMillan, son of Mary McMillan of Stillmore, celebrated his birthday April 23 at Harmon Park in Swainsboro.

Maurell was 2 years old April 24.

The theme of the party was “Spiderman,” complete with red and blue streamers, red and blue balloons, theme tablecloths and tableware.

ECHPS holds annual meeting

The 13th annual meeting of Emanuel County Historic Preservation Society was held Thursday, April 28 at Varner 4-H Center. Bill Breedlove, president, called the meeting to order and gave the invocation. A covered dish supper was served.
