Swainsboro Exchange Club recently hosted the annual Law Enforce-ment/Public Service Appreciation Dinner in the Richard L. Brown Room of the Student Center at East Georgia College. Superintendent John Terwilliger of the Emanuel Probation Detention Center was presented the Bobby Powell Memorial Award.
