Burial be in Solomon Williamson Cemetery. She died Saturday, March 12, 2005, at Emanuel Medical Center Nursing Home in Swainsboro after an extended illness.

Swainsboro Raceway held its annual Open House and Car Show Saturday, March 12. The day began at 10 a.m. with new cars rolling into the track for the car show. Fans and drivers viewed cars from 10 a.m. to noon before winners were announced.
