ECHD to conduct full-scale exercise

East Central Health District (ECHD) will be conducting a full-scale exercise Saturday, March 19 in Glascock and Emanuel Counties to test and evaluate operational procedures and policies as it relates to responding to terrorism incidents.

J.C. “Muggs” Daniels, 51

SWAINSBORO—Funeral for J.C. “Muggs” Daniels, 51, was held Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 1 p.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Alfred Cason officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. He died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005.

Mr. Daniels moved to New York in 1966. He moved back to Swainsboro in 1978 and was employed with Johnson’s Construction as a mason for many years. He was a member … Read More

EMC encourages public preview
