EGC offers art camp for teens

East Georgia College will offer an Art Camp for Kids ages 13-16 from Monday, June 27 to Friday, July 1 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

“Participants can let their imagination run wild. They will experiment with pinhole cameras and learn techniques used in the art of sketching, fiber art, hand sculpting, pottery and much more,” said instructor Patti Bareford.

SWAINSBORO—Funeral for Jack D. Brannon, 76, was held Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at 11 a.m. in the First Baptist Church with Dr.

Robert Blankenship officiating. Burial was in Swainsboro City Cemetery. He died Sunday, May 22, 2005 at the Emanuel Medical Center after an extended illness.
