    Catherine Amanda (Mandy) Brinson and William Caleb (Billy) Lively exchanged wedding vows May 14 at 3 p.m. at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Swainsboro. Rev. Neil Stich of Swainsboro officiated at the double ring ceremony and Father Victor Subb prayed a blessing of marriage for the couple during the ceremony.

    SWAINSBORO—Funeral for Thelma L. Kitchens, 97, will be held Wednesday morning, June 8, 2005 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Peebles-Curry-Durden Mortuary with Rev. Benjy Varnell and Rev. Wayne DeFore officiating. Burial will be in Swainsboro City Cemetery. She died Sunday, June 5, 2005, at the University Hospital in Augusta after an extended illness.
