SWAINSBORO—Funeral for Christine Edenfield, 81, was held Sunday, March 27, 2005 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Rev. William H. Thompson officiating. Burial was in New Hope Church Cemetery. She died Friday, March 25, 2005 at Twin View Nursing home in Twin City.

Miss Edenfield was a native of Emanuel County and a Baptist.

Sorry about the death of Margaret Jean Peacock, lifelong resident of Twin City. Visitation was Wednesday night and graveside services were Thursday, March 24, at Twin City City Cemetery. Glad Garden visits camellia gardens

Members of Glad Garden Club traveled to Vidalia for their March meeting to visit the extensive camellia gardens located south of town in Montgomery County.     METTER—Funeral for Christopher Michael “Chris” (Monkey) Clayton, 22, was held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2005 at Open Door Worship Center with Pastor Ray Woodcock and Rev.
