Cindy Lynch, owner operator of Bangles hair salon, has been missing since Tuesday evening Jan. 19. Lynch, who was living on a cabin cruiser boat docked at Thunderbolt Marina, was reported missing by her husband, Chet Lynch, on Wednesday.
