Community Action for Youth to host first kickball tournament

   Community Action for Youth, Inc. will host its first-ever kickball tournament for girls and co-ed teams. The event is slated for Saturday, June 30, beginning at 12 p.m., at Swainsboro-Emanuel County Recreation Department, and the admission fee will be $5 per person ages six and up.

   Funeral services for Bonnie “Nanny” Williamson, 86, of Oak Park were held Monday, June 25, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Pendleton Springs Baptist Church with Reverends Walter Jarrell and Trent Akins officiating.
