Mt. Gilead MBC visits nursing home residents

   Recently, the Deaconess Department of Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church held a program at Emanuel County Medical Nursing Home. Sister Mamie Piece read scripture and Sister Linda Armstrong lead in prayer. Leading youth vocals, Sister Tiffany Worthen assembled the youth, who sung several song to nursing home residents. Pastor Jerry Armstrong then spoke and lead in prayer. Following the conclusion of prayer, residents in attendance were served cake and ice-cream.
