   Citizens of Emanuel County are invited to gather from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Swainsboro-Emanuel County Recreation Department this Saturday, October 13, for a day of free, educational fun regarding mental health and alcohol and substance abuse.

Fall festival to be held downtown October 16
