Peebles reunion slated for August

   Descendants and friends of Willie Jordan and Arrie Ophelia Flanders Peebles will gather on Sunday, August 12, at the Swainsboro Shrine Club, located on Highway 56 North. Family members are asked to bring a meat, vegetable, casserole, salad, dessert, or beverage to share. Paper products will be provided.    The Miss Emanuel County and Miss Southeast Georgia Scholarship Pageant crowned its 2019 titleholders on Saturday, August 4, at 6:30 p.m. at the Swainsboro City Auditorium.

   The Emanuel County Farmers & Artisans Market will be in Stillmore on Saturday, August 11, from 8-11 a.m. at the City Park.
