Delta Kappa Gamma enjoys Christmas program

The Beta Beta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International held its final meeting of 2018 on Monday evening, November 26, at Catered Creations.

Beautiful red poinsettias adorned each table and podium, and President Tammy Gray thanked hostesses Jana Lee (chairman), Vikki Womack, Rebecca McNeely, Beverly Lawson, Tracy Coxwell, Miriam Hardy, Joan Davis, Cissy Peebles, Jessica English, Mary Ann Peebles, and Kristie Irvin.

Williams Grove Holiness to celebrate 95 years

Midville church organizes week of services for young people

Endtime Faith Deliverance Church in Midville will be celebrate Youth Week December 10 through December 14 at 7 p.m. nightly. Services will climax at 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 15. Mr. and Mrs. Thompson celebrate 65 years of matrimony

Clarence and Mildred Usry Thompson celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with an intimate dinner with their children and their spouses on November 3, 2018 at Filet Restaurant in Greensboro.

The Thompsons met while attending their junior/senior prom at Swainsboro High School. They married on October 17, 1953 in Swainsboro. Their marriage has been a lifelong commitment of faith in God and an uncompromising love for each other.
