Swainsboro dominating region standings

   Over halfway through the region schedule and both Swainsboro Tiger basketball programs have yet to be beaten, rolling in at 8-0 and showing no signs of loosening their grips on 2-AA.

Two earn academic honors at MGSU

   Middle Georgia State University (MGS) recently announced its president’s list and dean’s list for Fall 2017.

   Students on the president’s list maintained a grade point average of at least 3.8. The dean’s list includes students who maintained at least a 3.5 grade point average. Students must take a certain number of credit hours to qualify.
