   Mary Beaudell Woods Durden. Born April 18, 1920, died July 2, 2019, Farmingville, N.Y. Born in Blundale, a hamlet, in Emanuel County, Georgia. Her “home” was Stillmore, Georgia.

   William L. McMurry, Jr., 83, widower of Mirriam McMurry, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta.

He was born December 6, 1935 in Whitmire, South Carolina, son of William L. McMurry Sr, and Nellie McMurry of Whitmire South Carolina.

Dudley not running for re-election

Council members and Mayor Eileen Dudley convened Tuesday, July 2, at 6:30 p.m. at the police station for their pre-meeting workshop.
