Swainsboro High School senior Keenan Williams took part in National Signing Day February 6 as he signed a letter of intent to play football for the University of West Georgia in Carrollton.

David Emanuel Academy has been a force to be reckoned with on the basketball court this year! The middle school boys won a tournament title, and the varsity girls won region. The middle school girls competed at the same tournament as their male counterparts and finished in second place, and the varsity boys finished region play as runners-up. Swainsboro Tiger baseball starts next week

The Swainsboro Tiger baseball team will get things started next week, hosting Treutlen County on Monday and ECI on Tuesday. The annual Citizens Bank Invitational Tournament will be that weekend (February 16) with Swainsboro also hosting the Wendy’s Invitational the following weekend (February 23).
