Fagler promoted to division president

Spivey State Bank, a division of Persons Banking Company, is proud to announce the recent promotion of Stephanie Stephens Fagler to division president.
Fagler has worked with Spivey State Bank for the past 21 years. She has trained in every department in the bank during her tenure but has spent most of her time in the loan department as a commercial lender and served as the bank’s senior vice president until being promoted to division president.
Fagler currently serves on the Emanuel Medical Center Foundation Board, the Emanuel County Health Board, is secretary of the Swainsboro-Emanuel County Chamber of Commerce, and is a member and past president of the Swainsboro Rotary Club. She has served on numerous boards of the First United Methodist Church in Swainsboro, where she is a member.
She is a 1994 graduate of Swainsboro High School and the 1998 graduate of The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with a degree in finance. She is also a 2003 graduate of the Georgia Banking School in Athens.
Fagler is the proud mother of two teenage boys, Luke and Jacob, and the wife of Mitchell. She is the daughter of Kaye Stephens and the late Wilbur “Sonny” Stephens.
