April 19

Emanuel County 911 dispatched officers to an address on East Pine Street in reference to theft by taking.

Complainant reported a stolen scooter.

Officer responded to a Emanuel County 911 dispatch at East Main Street in reference to harassing phone calls.

April 20

Emanuel County 911 dispatched an officer to an address on Gumlog Road in reference to stolen vehicle parts.

Officer made a traffic stop in reference to speeding. An arrest was made after the officer learned that the driver was operating the vehicle with suspended license.

An additional officer made a traffic stop in reference to speeding. During this stop, officer learned that the involved vehicle was uninsured. A wrecker was called to tow the vehicle. Prior to being towed, officers located two knifes, baggies of marijuana, and a pipe. The driver of the vehicle was free to leave on citation. The passenger was arrested for being disorderly and failing to comply with officers during the traffic stop. The passenger refused to provide a name to officers. Further investigations followed.

April 21

Officer was dispatched by Emanuel County 911 to an address on South Main Street in reference to terroristic threats and acts.

Officer responded to a 911 dispatch to an address on New Street in reference to a simple battery.

Officer was dispatched by 911 services to North Racetrack Street in reference to damaged property.

Complainant reported damage to a vehicle as a result from a runaway buggy.

Officer made phone call contact with complainant in reference to a dispute.

Officer was dispatched by 911 services to an address on King Circle Drive in reference to a dog pin being removed from the property.

Complainant reported a lost or stolen wallet.

April 22

Officer made a traffic stop in reference to expired registration and invalid insurance coverage.

Officer was dispatched to an address on Sutton Drive in reference to a stolen truck.

Officer was dispatched to an address on Project Street in reference to a damaged vehicle.

Officer was dispatched to 120 North Main Street in reference to an arrest.

Complainant reported harassing communications.

Officer made an arrest in reference to a wanted subject.

Officer responded to an address on South Main Street in reference to a theft. An arrest was made.

April 23

Officer made a traffic stop in reference to speeding. During the stop, officer learned the operator of the vehicle was driving while unlicensed. An arrest was made.

Officer was dispatched to an address on Central Street in reference to two dogs at large.

Complainant reported theft by deception.

Officer responded to Johnson County Jail in reference to transporting an offender with a written bench warrant.

Officer responded to an address on Lincoln Street in reference to serving a warrant. An arrest was made.

Officers were dispatched by Emanuel County 911 to an address on Abundance Street in reference to a dispute. An arrest was made.

April 24

Officer was dispatched to an address on Anderson Drive in reference to a warrant being served. An arrest was made in the process.

Emanuel County 911 dispatched officers to an address on North Anderson Drive in reference to male subjects refusing to leave. While on scene officers learned of a dispute that occurred involving aggravated assault with a gun.

Complainant reported a stolen tag.

Complainant reported an unknown offender messing with an air conditioner unit.

April 25

Officers were dispatched by Emanuel County 911 to an address on Old Nunez Road in reference to a domestic in progress.Upon arrival, officers found the two involved sitting on the couch, one holding a knife and the other covered in blood. One offender was arrested on site and taken to the Emanuel County Jail, the other involved was transported to a local medical setting for treatment.

Officer was dispatched by Emanuel County 911 to an address on West MLK Street in reference to a theft by taking.

April 26

Officer responded to a 911 call at an address on South Main Street in reference to an altercation that had already occurred.

Officer responded to East Moring Street in reference to a damaged vehicle.

April 27

Officers were dispatched to by Emanuel County 911 to the area of New Street in reference to an altercation and shots fired. Once on scene, officers were unable to locate a firearm or shell casings, but did locate a cellphone on the ground near the reported altercation area. Contact was made with one of the involved who called the found phone trying to locate it.

Officer was dispatched to an address on Tyson Street in reference to criminal trespass.

Officer was dispatched to an address on Kite Road in reference to dog bites.

April 28

Officer was dispatched to an address on Brown Street in reference to a dog chasing an individual. Contact was made with the owner.
